Jenny Beth Stenquist studied Market Research and Data Analytics at Brigham Young University. After graduating, Jenny Beth began her career as a management consultant for L.E.K. Consulting. Prior to working at UGF, she picked up an early interest in how people interact and talk about ideas. Her studies at the BYU Marriott School of Business and experiences at various internships in industries such as news media, CPG, tech, and educational consulting have prompted the realization that understanding how and why people behave is crucial to any line of work. She loves looking at problems in new ways, implementing real solutions that drive impact, and achieving proactive goals that initiate progress. Prior to attending BYU Marriott School, Jenny Beth spent 18 months in Taiwan serving as a missionary for her church. She learned fluent Mandarin Chinese, taught local people, and gained a deep appreciation for Asian culture and history.

Jenny Beth aims to acquire a generalist, foundational knowledge of many business models early in her career. With her breadth of exposure to a wide variety of industries, she plans to pursue a JD/MBA after a few years of working in consulting. She is passionate about education and aims to improve school systems in disadvantaged communities in America.

In her free time, Jenny Beth enjoys cooking elaborate meals, traveling to new places, picking up a game of tennis or biking, and spending time outdoors with her husband and family.
