Laura Kent-Jensen
Laura Kent-Jensen received her Industrial Engineering degree from Stanford University and is currently a law student at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law. She began her career designing factories and manufacturing operations for Hewlett-Packard. She founded her first official startup in Encinitas, CA, creating customized organic skincare products, and soon thereafter began a business process engineering consultancy, advising companies both domestically and internationally. Later, she moved to Barcelona, Spain, where she became involved in education, serving on the board of the Benjamin Franklin International School. On her return, she launched Bon Vivant Imports, importing a portfolio of selected European wines and olive oils. She remains keenly interested in entrepreneurial ventures, particularly in the consumer products, education, and health care fields. She enjoys creating companies and solving problems, exploring new ideas, having fun, and generally making a positive contribution to the world.
