David pursued a bachelor’s degree in finance with a minor in economics at the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah.

He grew up in Houston, TX, and found his love for entrepreneurship running an e-commerce fitness company in high school. David discovered his passion for finance through experience in case competitions, trading derivatives on the public markets, and interning at a private equity-backed professional services firm focused on “rolling-up” independent CPA firms.

At the University of Utah, David held a leadership role in the Finance club and was an active member of the Investment Banking Club. In his free time, David enjoys playing golf, rock climbing and is a passionate sports fan.
