As one of the first senior associates of the University Growth Fund, Conrad was a key member of several deal teams that resulted in investments in Lyft, Quantenna (IPO 2016), WorkFront, Spotify and Health Catalyst. Prior to UGF, Conrad was an associate of the University Venture Fund (UGF’s predecessor) and helped organize the University Private Equity Summit, the nation’s largest private equity summit for college students. In December 2016, Conrad graduated from Westminster College with a degree in finance. Upon graduation, Conrad accepted a job position at Convoy Inc working in operations.
