Kelly studies Finance and Law & Ethics at the University of San Diego. Originally from Quebec City, Canada, she came to the United States in search of her passion which she found in the financial markets and strategic analysis. Prior to the University Growth Fund, Kelly interned at as Strategic Finance Analyst at a consulting firm in New York City. As she believes in making estate planning accessible to all and increasing planned commitments to charity, Kelly also interned FreeWill, a Harvard and Stanford alumni social venture. Kelly researched the legal requirements in all 50 states to create the content for the company’s Financial Power of Attorney product and to safely bring it to the market. With the spirit of an entrepreneur and intrigued by M&A synergies, Kelly plans to pursue a career in investment banking and private equity upon graduation. In her spare time, Kelly enjoys spinning, the study of art history and volunteering as a tutor to lead young, underprivileged students toward success through academic development.
